We are incredibly thankful to the Adobe Employee Community Fund for their continued support of Project Ropa. This is the second year in a row that they have awarded us with a $20,000 grant! 🎉
As a small non-profit the support of donors such as the Adobe Employee Community Fund makes a significant impact in helping our organization continue to help restore dignity and empower the lives of those in need in the Los Angeles area by distributing much needed clothing and hygiene essentials.

Volunteer Spotlight
“Greetings! I’m Paige and I have been volunteering with Project Ropa since May 2023. I am currently working as a medical assistant at an allergy clinic. In the near future, I hope to obtain my Master’s degree to become a physician assistant. In my free time, I love to stay active. Some of my favorite hobbies include running, snowboarding, practicing yoga, and bike riding by the beach. I also find joy in connecting with nature through camping adventures.
I started volunteering because I wanted to serve my community in a new and impactful way. Having grown up in the LA area, I’ve witnessed the alarming rise in homelessness, inspiring me to support this cause in any way that I can. Project Ropa seemed like the perfect opportunity to create a meaningful difference for many individuals in need. What I enjoy the most about Project Ropa is getting to meet new people every time I step into the warehouse. The people who volunteer here are so kind, friendly, and fun to work with. It’s heartwarming to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who share similar values and passions!”

HELP STOCK OUR CLOSET
We accept donation drop offs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am-3pm and on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 10am-1pm. We are closed on all major holidays. Our address is: 13970 Van Ness Avenue, Gardena, CA 90249.
